Solution Partners provide comprehensive information and configuration services related to easy products. They invest in training, have a certified team of experts and are very familiar with easy solutions.

Excellence Partners serve an established customer base with service offerings related to easy software solutions. They cover a broad portfolio of customer solutions for digitalizing business processes.

Referral Partner is a flexible model for partners who first want to try out what added value a collaboration with easy has in store for them. You place easy solutions at customers and receive a commission if a contract is signed.

can i switch to a different partner model?

It is very much encouraged that you will switch to a different partner model over time. Every easy partnership is designed for growth. We will work with you to ensure that you continuously develop as an easy partner and reach the next partner level – step by step and at your own pace.

easy supports you as a partner on several levels. Together with you, we plan and implement marketing and sales campaigns to acquire new leads and customers. For this purpose, we provide you with a range of marketing and presentation materials that you can adapt for your own purposes

what training is available for sales, consulting, support and development?

You gain direct access to our expert know-how in the area of business process digitalization, which has grown over many years. On one hand, direct personal communication with our expert teams gives you new impetus for the further development of your service offering.

On the other hand, we train you and your employees in sales, consulting, support and development as part of a comprehensive training program. At the end of each training course, you receive a certificate that you can use as proof of competence for your customers. Regular certification is also a prerequisite for your partner status. 


what investments do i need to make as a partner?

To participate in our partner program, we charge an annual fee of 1,000 euros for Business, 2,500 euros for Solution and 5,000 euros for Excellence partners. In addition to the annual fee, as an easy partner you regularly invest in further training and certification as well as in creating a joint business and sales plan.

what tools do we use for daily collaboration?

As an easy partner, you get unlimited access to our partner portal. This is where you manage your leads, find information and materials on our products and initiate marketing campaigns quickly and easily. Everything is digital and easy-to-understand. If you do have any questions, our partner team is of course always at your disposal.

can i help to design ECM solutions?

easy software has an open architecture as well as certifications for a variety of interfaces. This enables you as an easy partner to generate your own solutions based on the easy ECM platform. Additional modules and add-ons make it very easy to extend the functions of our ECM solutions.

can i design add-ons?

If you already have your own add-ons or are planning to develop new add-on applications, you can integrate them with easy software at any time via one of the many available interfaces. We're always interested in expanding the easy solution offering with application-specific add-ons. Feel free to contact our partner team if you have any ideas for new applications.

can i implement it for customers myself?

Yes, as an easy partner, you are the first point of contact for your customers. You are responsible for initial consulting, implementation as well as ongoing support for customers. If required, our experts support you in every phase of the project lifecycle.
